About me
My heart has belonged to horses since I was five — and since then no one has managed to keep me away from the stable. Today, as a qualified equine manager, FN-licensed trainer and therapist, I walk alongside people and horses on their very own path. Goldritt is more than a business name to me: it's my promise to you and your horse.
I believe that every horse can be ridden and trained in a healthy way — if you're willing to really look. Type, mind and conformation are my reference points; biomechanics and learning theory are my tools. I deliberately don't tie myself to a single riding style, because your horse isn't interested in pigeonholes.
Along the way I've also seen things I no longer wanted to see — and done things in the past that I now know better. In some riding schools the horses were not well, and hardly anyone looked. Those experiences shaped me: they're the reason Goldritt exists, and the reason quality always comes before quantity with me.
That's why I work holistically: training, therapy, husbandry, equipment and the relationship between you and your horse are inseparable for me. And I'm honest with you, even when it gets uncomfortable — because your horse deserves someone who speaks up for it.
Among others, I've had the privilege of learning from Olympic champion Dirk Hafemeister, Christoph Hess, Gerd Heuschmann, Grischa Ludwig and Martin Plewa — and I keep learning to this day.
With horses you never stop learning — and no one can do everything. Where I'm not the right person myself, I refer you to people I trust: for equine medicine, physiotherapy, hoof care, saddles, feeding and more.

Since June 2021 I've been a Bemer partner — because my horses and I experience physical vascular therapy every day. With me the rule is: try first, then decide. If you order through me, you get a personal introduction, ongoing support and a year of extended warranty on top.
